Making Hay While The Sun Shines

It has been a minute since I last blogged. As the temperature rises in Asheville (and Coeur d’Alene but that is a different story) so has the real estate market. I am seeing more Open Houses, Broker Opens and all around activity as people are making their way to Asheville to enjoy the laid back way of life. It is not the crazy, sight unseen, type of buying that we saw in the spring.

Don’t get me wrong, I still have adventures with my kids and find time to swim, bike and run. I even treated myself to a Peloton so I could squeeze in a quick workout at home.
